Excuse questions
How do members submit a sorority excuse in Chaptara?
Members open the event in the Chaptara app and submit an excuse with a reason and optional photos. Leaders are notified and review it in the excuse inbox.
Can a member appeal a denied excuse?
Yes. If an excuse is denied, the member can appeal it, and the appeal goes back to your leaders for a final decision.
Who can review excuses?
Your chapter decides. Admins choose which officers can review excuses, such as your VP Standards or secretary.
